Wow, so very thought provoking and challenging. I agree with a lot of things that you say here. "We millennials are adults now." Seems like us younger generations having never really learned what that means. Isn't it crazy that the world is now running on the wheels of Generation Z but we still have Baby Boomers (and older generations), Gen X, Millennials, in different stages of their lives with many decades still ahead? We can still change the world.
