I so strongly believe we are all heroes in everyday ways--when we are there for our family, friends, and other loved ones; when we help a stranger in a small way, even if we pick up trash on the sidewalk so a bird doesn't come and eat it.

But you were a hero in a huge, immeasurable way! You are aware of this and can remember this always. Such an amazing and wonderful thing!!
